During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Horse, Xi'an Datang Night City expanded its performance with excitement. Starting from February 10th, the performance time was officially extended, and five new programs appeared simultaneously, presenting a more vivid and complete picture of the prosperous Tang Dynasty for visitors from all over the world.
On the stage of "The Secret Box of the Prosperous Tang Dynasty", the surprise appearance of the Tang Dynasty door gods "Qin Qiong" and "Yu Chi Jingde" ignited the atmosphere with humorous and interactive Q&A, and laughter and cheers echoed one after another.
On the stage of Tuanhua Square, before the start of "Ten Kabuki: Spring Preface to Banquet Music", the enthusiastic audience had already seized the position. On the stage of the Zhenguan Zhizhi sculpture, the music of "Sword and Instrument Poem" plays, and the dancers' clothes fly, vividly reproducing the prosperous scene of a thousand years ago.
The poem 'The Immortal Drunken in Chang'an' brings together the poetic and drunken sentiments of the 'Immortal' and Li Bai. The actors sway gracefully, their eyes filled with the carefree and drunken spirit of the poetic immortal. The clinking of glasses with tourists breaks down the barrier between the stage and the audience, making historical figures from thousands of years ago within reach.
As night falls, "Poetry String Tide Rhyme" slowly opens on the Chang'an Story Stage. The newly arranged music blends classical and modern elements, recreating the elegant atmosphere of "music in poetry" and adding a touch of moving rhythm and emotion to the ancient capital at night.
From humorous interaction to vigorous sword dance, from poetry and wine elegance to banquet scenes, the five new performances have given the Tang Dynasty's charm a new expression during the New Year season.
The stunning presentation on stage is the culmination of the performer's nearly ten years of performance experience.
