A reporter learned from the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office on June 20 that since the launch of the special action of "Qinglang: Remediation of the Abuse of AI Technology" since it was launched in April this year, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office has focused on the chaos of AI technology abuse such as AI face-changing sound-like infringement of public rights and interests, missing AI content logos, misleading the public, and has deepened the first phase of key rectification tasks. It has dealt with more than 3,500 illegal mini-programs, applications, and intelligent bodies, cleaned up more than 960,000 illegal and irregular information, and handled more than 3,700 accounts, and made positive progress in all work.
It is reported that during the first phase of the special operation, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office deployed local Cyberspace Affairs and Information Technology departments to increase the handling of illegal AI products, cut off the channels for marketing and drainage of illegal products, urged key website platforms to improve technical security measures, and promote the accelerated implementation of the generation of synthetic content logos.
In the next step, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office will focus on seven prominent issues such as AI rumors and vulgar content, carry out the second phase of the special action of "Qinglang·Rectify the Abuse of AI Technology", build a technical monitoring system, form a disposal and punishment standard, promote the implementation of content labels as scheduled, form a long-term working mechanism, focus on maintaining the Qinglang network ecology, and promote artificial intelligence to be good and positive.
